Is it worth asking for help if you can overcome your pornography habit? Ask yourself if it's worth feeling embarrassed or scared to open up about this.

The amazing thing about this program is that it teaches you how to use mistakes to your advantage. Mistakes, slip ups, setbacks, etc. don't bring you back to step one. We don't measure success by how many porn free days we have, rather we measure success by our intentional and habitual practice of each skill within the program.

You've tried other methods and those haven't worked. Are you willing to try something new that doesn't rely only on willpower, porn blocking programs, or accountability groups?

You may have tried quitting porn in the past only to go back to it in the end. That's what happens when the focus is on fighting each day to stay porn free. Avoiding porn and trying to power through the urges doesn't address why you're using pornography. We help you understand why and what you can practice to actually live porn free.

Coaching is different for everyone because everyone moves at their own pace. Private coaching supports you as you move through the program and learn the skills that will help you quit pornography. Some material you may get very quickly, and other practices may come slower and with an amount of difficulty. Your coach will be there to help you understand and grasp the concepts within the program.
